Being self-contained, Seagrass offers a family-friendly environment for biking, walking or riding the golf cart to the beach boardwalk from the house (approximately 45-second ride). Just load up the cart with the furnished beach equipment and zip over to the wide beaches of Seagrass. Seagrass is located around the middle of the peninsula, convenient to Skully's, Weber Donuts and the Trading Post, with nearby public bay access and the State Park.
"Tropicali" was born out of our love for the cool vibes of memorable places we've visited -- Huntington beach in California and southern Honduras. Tropicali is fully loaded with all new items you need for your memorable vacation on CSB. We have fallen in love with this house because of the Gulf AND Bay views, from the top deck. The house is appointed and furnished with the quality products we expect when we travel and we are picky travelers! We are no longer pet friendly due to issues with irresponsible pet owners. If you are a repeat guest in good standing, your pet is still welcome, but please reach out to Carol to make arrangements for your pet's stay.
***Elevator has been installed and is helpful to getting items upstairs. However, the service is dependent on the guests' understanding and use of the instructions. We cannot be responsible for the guest not following instructions, nor the service provider responding on a timely basis to a remote peninsula, therefore if your vacation will be ruined if the elevator isn't perfect, kindly pass us by and rent elsewhere!***
***Read and understand all rules in the agreement regarding the Golf Cart. Renter assumes responsibility for all damage. The LIMO GOLF CART CANNOT BE TAKEN ONTO THE BEACH. It is not beach worthy nor is there access for vehicles in Seagrass. It is for transporting items to the beach boardwalk IN SEAGRASS ONLY.***
ABUSE OF ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED IS TERMS FOR EVICTION FROM OUR PROPERTY BY A GULF COUNTY SHERIFF PER THE AGREEMENT. We've worked hard to have a nice place to take our family and we look forward to sharing it with others who are respectful -- if you are a respectful and low-drama person, you are our ideal guest and thank you in advance! Don't risk your vacation by trying to sneak in a pet, letting your kids use the elevator as a means of entertainment or taking the golf cart on a joy ride down Haven Road!

- Cleaning and Linen Fee is $350. Our cleaners keep the entire fee.
- Golf Cart Fee is $100 for the duration of your stay.
- Heated Pool Fee (November - April is $100 for the duration of your stay.)
